I had a very good experience here. Kevin is honest and his shop did excellent work on my car. He really treated me like a person and not a number. He took the time to listen to me, gave me his honest opinion and all of my options. He kept me updated through the repair. After the repair he showed me everything the shop had done. I have never had a shop spend so much time explaining things to me!!! My car has been running very well since the repair. I really appreciate the work and how personable the customer service was. I would highly recommend this shop!

Returned a UHaul after moving my sister. Very friendly people and helpful . Even called me back so I would know exactly what to for an after hours drop off. I'm not from Eldorado, but this place goes above and beyond to help. Need more folks like this. Thanks .

I really enjoyed the sweet secretary and I have car sheild and they take the extended warranty insurance I have through car sheild so I made plans for this wensday . The owner I have known since I was a teenager and I haven't heard a negative word about Mr. Kevin so I really look forward to doing business with this shop and he has explained everything with such patience. I am really blessed I have such a positive experience before I have even had them work on my youkon!
